The Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), in collaboration with the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) and the Bank of Punjab (BoP), organized a seminar to raise awareness about the province’s new e-Procurement System ahead of its official rollout on July 1.
The seminar brought together government officials, procurement professionals, and key stakeholders to discuss the features, benefits, and implementation process of the digital procurement platform. The new system is aimed at enhancing transparency, efficiency, and accountability in public procurement across Punjab.
Officials highlighted that the e-Procurement platform will streamline procurement procedures, reduce paperwork, improve monitoring, and promote greater transparency in government transactions as part of Punjab’s broader digital transformation agenda.
