The Punjab government has introduced an affordable financing option allowing female students to own electric bikes (e-bikes) for monthly installments starting at just Rs. 2,100.
The initiative aims to improve mobility for women, making it easier for students to travel safely and conveniently to educational institutions while promoting environmentally friendly transportation. The scheme is expected to reduce commuting costs and encourage the adoption of electric vehicles across the province.
Eligible students are encouraged to review the program’s terms, eligibility criteria, and application process before applying for the subsidized e-bike financing facility.
