Trainee Chartered Accountants (CAs) in Pakistan are set to receive higher monthly stipends under a revised compensation structure, with the highest stipend nearing Rs. 100,000 per month.
The updated stipend framework aims to provide better financial support to aspiring chartered accountants during their practical training period. The increase is expected to make the profession more attractive while recognizing the growing responsibilities and contributions of trainees.
The revised stipend structure is expected to benefit thousands of CA trainees across the country and strengthen the accounting profession by improving training conditions and career prospects.
